Indoor Arena
Attached directly to the Main Barn, the 85' x 210' Indoor Arena is fully insulated and maintains a comfortable temperature year round. Windows on the east side let in natural light. A six foot high tongue and groove kick rail surrounds the arena for safety. The footing is sand and crumb rubber treated with magnesium chloride for dust control. There is an observation area on the south end of the arena which includes a VCR/DVD player for viewing sale horses or training tapes/DVDs.

Outdoor Arena
The Outdoor arena is over three acres in size allowing for multiple lessons to take place simultaneously as well as insuring that there is always adequate room for flat work when jumping lessons or training over fences are in session. The footing in this arena is sand over a decomposed granite base. The arena is treated with magnesium chloride for dust control.
